Are you drawn to a career in data driven marketing?

Maybe you’ve got a bit of commercial experience under your belt, but you’re looking for a place where you’re able to really develop and flourish, gaining experience working with industry leading marketing tools like Salesforce Account Engagement (previously known as Pardot).

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to join a financial services company who look after the underdog. Providing valuable services to those who typically fall through the cracks for the major financial institutions. Helping small and medium businesses grow through responsible and straight forward financial solutions.

You’ll join their CRM marketing team and help create and execute a range of ad-hoc campaigns and customer journeys, principally executed over email first. But which also extend across multi-channel to include telemarketing, SMS and Whatsapp.

The goal being to strengthen customer relationships through smart communication strategies and AI-driven projects. With your remit being the creation and execution of CRM campaigns across multiple channels, crafting content that resonates, and contributing to new ways of engaging customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns, from automated workflows to one-off messages.
  • Create and refine content for email, SMS, WhatsApp, and ringless voicemail.
  • Support AI initiatives designed to improve customer engagement.
  • Assist with segmentation and targeting to make communications more effective.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to ensure messaging fits with wider campaigns.
  • Track campaign results and suggest ways to keep improving.

We’re looking for two kinds of individual:

  • Graduates with a strong interest in a career within data driven marketing, and ideally a hands-on role within CRM marketing. If you’ve had some exposure to this kind of work, perhaps through a placement or internship, that would be perfect. They’re looking for you to demonstrate motivation to learn, you’re sharp, driven, and eager to grow your skills. With a friendly, outgoing nature that makes collaboration easy.
  • Professionals with commercial experience in a CRM marketing environment, whether in B2B or B2C settings. If you’ve had hands-on experience working with a CRM platform before such as Salesforce, Pardot, Braze, Klaviyo, Bloomreach, or Adobe, that’s a big plus.
