Please note that experience with Sage is essential for this position.As a Senior Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our administrative functions. This position is ideal for an experienced individual who is looking to take the next step in their administrative career within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will oversee various administrative tasks, support team members, and contribute to the overall success of our operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to departments, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and maintaining filing systems.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations and documents, ensuring high standards of accuracy and presentation.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members and providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and update accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Coordinate office activities and events, including training sessions, team meetings and client engagements.
  • Process invoices and assist with financial administrative tasks using Sage, ensuring timely and accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve administrative processes and workflows, identifying areas for efficiency gains.
  • Mentor and support junior administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Contribute to maintaining a well-organised and efficient office environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
