Description

  • Responsible for the Examinations budget and provide information to the School Business Manager to enable the projected cost of examinations to be determined
  • Manage all aspects of the administration and entry of public and internal examinations at all levels including GCSE, Advanced level and vocational courses for all candidates
  • Managing and coordinating all aspects of the examination process
  • Overseeing and arranging substitute teaching schedules
  • Act as a main point of contact for Examination boards
  • Ensuring examination regulations are adhered to strictly
  • Maintaining accurate records of exams and cover lessons
  • Communicating effectively with staff, students, and parents
  • Managing examination and cover staff effectively
  • Regularly reporting to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the institution's exam and cover systems

Profile

A successful Examination & Cover Manager should have:
