Working for this long-standing reputable company, you will join an established team where you will be tasked to manage the day to day administration and Sales Order Administrative function of the business. Based on the outskirts of Salford.
Your new role
As the Manger, you will be responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the Sales Order Function and its related processes. Having 2 direct reports, you be hands on and will manage tasks and distribute work accordingly. A varied role where your day to day duties will differ therefore a reactive and proactive approach is required.
Involvement with all elements of the Sales Order function of the business - you will have exposure to Business Exports, Prices and quotations. Bids and Contracts, ISO audits, daily liaison internally and externally, as well as daily operations of the team with staff appraisals and management. A fully rounded role which would suit someone who enjoys multitasking and taking ownership.
If you have previous experience in a fully rounded role - (Sales Order management ideally but not essential), this role is for you.
Part Time 3 days per week - Office based, 9-5am.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous staff management of a small team
Sales Order Administration background ideal but not essential
Experience of Bids, tenders and Contracts ideal (not essential)
