Contracts Manager – Altrincham – Fit Out - £55,000 - £65,000 & Company Bonus & Package
I am recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join an ever-growing North-West based fit out contractor. My client will be running multiple CAT A & B fit-outs.
A top candidate will ideally come from a fit out & refurbishment background and have experience of delivering commercial office fit outs for multiple end users. Standard projects will range in value from £250,000 - £1,000,000 but there will be larger flagship jobs within the workload. The client have done CAT B fit-outs with values of up to £10m. They have various blue-chip clients that have been using them on their fit-outs for years.
My client are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join them on a permanent basis that can offer a professional mindset to bring a rewarding career for both candidate and client. You will be expected to run multiple sites simultaneously.

Individual:
Proven track record of delivering fit out projects up to £2M
Extensive fit out experience
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Commercial awareness
