Location: South Manchester

Salary: Up to £35k Basic (DOE) plus bonus + great benefits listed below:

Our Client is a market leading company within the Plant & Agricultural sector. They are looking for candidates with solid transferable skills. Ideally you will have experience as a Service Controller, Service Administration or Hire Controller in any of the following industries:

• Agricultural Machinery or Heavy Plant
• Vehicles, Forklift, Cranes or Municipal Vehicle’s
• Generators or Power

You’ll receive first class training to enable you to do your job well. Based in our South Manchester Office, things you’ll be doing include:

• Processing breakdowns as they come in and prioritising them.
• Allocate engineers to jobs including bringing in 3rd Parties depending on workload
• Managing customer expectations and timescales
• Raising estimates based on engineers’ reports
• Ensure routine servicing takes place in line with SLA’s
• Report to the Service Manager

There are a couple of things you’ll need to have for this role:

• Flexible and able to manage priorities based on workload and urgency
• Excellent communication and admin skills
• Fully computer literate
• Full UK driving licence
• A Can-Do attitude with strong work ethic.
• A good customer focused approach to your work with fantastic attention to detail
