The role itself will involve:
Producing high level estimates, cost plans, tenders etc
Providing cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting
Providing general cost advice to client and assisting in value management
Managing principal contractors and subcontractors
Managing professional teams to develop robust information for tender documents
Managing the procurement process
Development of pricing schedules
Facilitating meetings on behalf of the client
Contract administration of various contact suites (Including JCT)
Cost reporting identifying the current financial position, cost risks and pressures
Provide support to junior members of the team where required
