Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for property and client success?Connections is excited to partner with a forward-thinking property development group to find a Sales Progressor who will help guide clients through their property purchase journey. Based in their vibrant Altrincham head office, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients and ensuring smooth sales transactions within an ambitious and highly regarded team.Our client has delivered thousands of residential units, specialising in off-plan developments, and prides itself on providing exceptional service to buyers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating between clients and stakeholders, this role could be your perfect fit!Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for buyers after they reserve their property, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout the sales process.
  • Facilitate sales progression by liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues, keeping all parties updated and resolving challenges to keep timelines on track.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all client and property information is up to date.
  • Coordinate key milestones such as exchange, completion, and handover dates, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to keep them informed of progress and any potential issues.
  • Prepare and manage progress trackers, spreadsheets, and documentation to monitor each sale.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales pipelines simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and professionals alike.
  • Experience in property sales progression, conveyancing, or a similar client-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM systems.
