Certain Advantage is hiring for a Property Administrator based in Altrincham. The role is on a permanent basis on a hybrid basis.

The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Property Administrator to support the conveyancing team in providing excellent service to clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong organisational and communication skills, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete conveyancing process from initiation to completion.
  • Facilitate effective communication by coordinating with clients, developers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and finalise legal documents and correspondence.
  • Keep meticulous, up-to-date records of all transactions using our Case Management System.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries and concerns.

£24,000-£30,000 DOE plus quarterly bonus. Hybrid available after period of training

The Individual

We're looking for people who can show:

  • Demonstrated background in conveyancing, re-mortgage, or estate agency.
  • A warm, approachable demeanour that builds strong client rapport.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Acute attention to detail paired with robust organisational skills.
  • Proven capability to perform well under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive, positive outlook with a strong commitment to continuous learning and development.
