We are looking for an experienced Sales recruitment consultant with a strong background in the HR recruitment sector to join our team to recruit a broad range of sales roles across our client base. About Detail2Recruitment We know the importance of a good working environment and we work hard to maintain our fantastic culture.   • Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the sales sector, leveraging existing client relationships and generating new business leads
  • Collaborate with colleagues and senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share
  • Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients to place candidates into work
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market
  • Ensure the quality of all candidate interactions and interviews are of a high standard
  • Develop a plan to meet the future recruitment needs of our clients
  • Comfortable managing the end to end recruitment process
  • Search and identify marketable candidates
  • Be adaptable to the needs of clients
