Linsco is an independently owned recruitment agency with over 45 years of expertise in the construction industry. Our head office is located in Nottingham, but we have a strong presence in the North West region, with operations spanning the past 10 years.
At Linsco, we provide both blue-collar and white-collar services, with our weekly payroll exceeding 1000 candidates. Our client base is diverse, spanning various sectors such as commercial construction, housing, facilities management (FM), and civil engineering.
Our Altrincham office is home to a dedicated team of motivated and driven individuals. We are currently seeking a candidate who can bring additional expertise to the white-collar sector to join our team.
What you'll do:
As a senior recruitment consultant, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
- Collaborate with a talented team of consultants to achieve shared goals.
- Stay updated on what is happening in the industry in order to win continued new business.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant (does not need to be industry-specific)
- Natural leaders with high standards
- Confident and natural communicators
- The determination to be successful
What we offer:
- Competitive salaries: for experienced candidates, our salaries are negotiable depending on your experience and what you can bring to our business. However, as a guide, you can expect to receive a salary ranging from £28,000 to £38,000 plus commission.
