Talent/Recruitment Partner Certain Advantage is hiring for a Talent/Recruitment Partner based in Altrincham. This role is on a permanent basis and is Hybrid role - 2 days office 3 days at home with flexibility around business needs. The Company We are working with a fast-paced property business who are tech focused with sites in various locations in the UK. The business is award winning and is growing year on year. The Role: This role is for a dynamic Talent/Recruitment Partner someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You will be results-orientated and driven to succeed. You will be part of the Recruitment HR team managing a variety of roles and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role reports to the head of HR Main Duties

  • Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Sourcing and Candidate Outreach
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment
  • Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers
  • Tracking and Reporting
  • Managing the ATS system

£36,000-£38,000, plus bonus

The Individual Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the property or professional services sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
