Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 Basic (1 year+ phone sales experience) OTE: 36,000+

About the Role:


Applause IT is recruiting for an exciting Health Technology platform start-up based in Altrincham. This fast-growing, well-funded company is looking to hire several Business Development Lead Generators to join their dynamic team.

If you have at least 1 year of outbound phone-based sales experience and a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, this is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a business with significant growth potential and moving on to Software Demo and Account Management work.

Ideal Candidates:

We are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious budding sales professionals from backgrounds such as Health Technology, Software Sales, IT Sales, Recruitment Sales, Business Services Sales, Telecoms, Business Promotions, Media Sales etc. Candidates should have:

  • Strong communication skills: articulate, professional, and confident on the phone.
  • Solid experience using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • A knack for objection handling and closing sales effectively.
  • Excellent written English skills for crafting compelling communications.
  • The ability to explain features and benefits clearly, while tailoring the pitch to different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients to generate leads.
