Urban Empire Recruitment have partnered with a ever growing finance team based in Lymm. We are seeking a ambitious graduate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and record-keeping. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of financial data and assisting with various accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Support the budgeting process by collecting and analysing financial data.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to finance, including filing and data entry.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree in finance, accounting, or a numerate subject and graduated in 2024
  • Strong A levels
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are crucial.
