Equitas are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our clients team as an English Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate passionate about working with students who have special educational needs (SEND).

Key Responsibilities:

  • English Teaching: Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Individual Support: Provide personalized support to each student as needed.
  • Assessment: Set, mark, and provide feedback on assignments, tests, and homework to continuously assess student progress.
  • Skill Development: Help students develop strong spoken and written communication skills, enabling them to express themselves in various contexts.

Ideal Candidate:

  • SEND Passion: A commitment to supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience working in a SEND environment or a similar setting.
  • Qualifications: QTS/QTLS is advantageous but not essential.
