Job Overview: English Teacher
Equitas are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our clients team as an English Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate passionate about working with students who have special educational needs (SEND).
Key Responsibilities:
- English Teaching: Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to students with a range of special educational needs.
- Individual Support: Provide personalized support to each student as needed.
- Assessment: Set, mark, and provide feedback on assignments, tests, and homework to continuously assess student progress.
- Skill Development: Help students develop strong spoken and written communication skills, enabling them to express themselves in various contexts.
Ideal Candidate:
- SEND Passion: A commitment to supporting students with special educational needs.
- Experience: At least two years of experience working in a SEND environment or a similar setting.
- Qualifications: QTS/QTLS is advantageous but not essential.
