Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a proficient Maths teacher to join a mixed grammar school in Trafford.
The role is to cover a three week absence which will potentially extend.
The large maths department are also looking for new maths supply teachers for various day to day cover requirements
The Role
Teacher of Mathematics to GCSE and A level
Positive confident classroom management skills with a focus on Assessment for Learning.
Innovative teacher able to add to set work with their own subject knowledge and enthusiasm for mathematics.
The academy are interested in hearing from early career teachers, experienced QTS teachers or FE lecturers with experience of teaching to students aged 11 to 18.
The school are ideally looking for someone free full time but would also like to hear from teachers who can offer three or four days availability a week.

To join us and be successful in this maths supply teacher role , you will need to:
- Hold QTS Status or QTLS or be an NQT/ECT or significant experience as an FE qualified teacher of teaching children aged 11-18
- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
- Provide a CV with full employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Ideally be able to provide excellent references
