We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Charity Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy charity shop. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, manage stock, and make a positive impact in the community while supporting vital charitable work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise shop income and meet performance targets
  • Oversee shop operations, including stock management, pricing, and displays
  • Lead and manage a team of volunteers, ensuring effective training and ongoing engagement
  • Handle financial and administrative tasks, including daily reconciliation and performance tracking
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming shopping experience
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
