We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Charity Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy charity shop. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, manage stock, and make a positive impact in the community while supporting vital charitable work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise shop income and meet performance targets
- Oversee shop operations, including stock management, pricing, and displays
- Lead and manage a team of volunteers, ensuring effective training and ongoing engagement
- Handle financial and administrative tasks, including daily reconciliation and performance tracking
- Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming shopping experience
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in retail or charity shop management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational, financial, and communication abilities
- Passionate about charity work and community engagement
