As a Pension Administrator, you will:
  • Process and submit new business following the new business workflow.
  • Submit Letters of Authority and gather necessary plan details for research.
  • Meet and greet clients, handling incoming enquiries.
  • Conduct portfolio rebalancing, buying, and selling.
  • Accurately process client withdrawals and contributions.
  • Prepare client packs for Annual Review meetings and complete post-meeting tasks.
  • Write basic Suitability Reports.
  • Conduct research for new business cases, focusing on fund and cost analysis.

  • Annual salary of 26,000 to 33,000, plus team bonus.

The ideal Pension Administrator will have:
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role.

  • Progress towards R0 qualifications or completion of some exams.
  • Experience with systems like Intelliflo, A J Bell, Transact, Royal London, Canada Life International, and FE Analytics.
