As a Pension Administrator, you will:
- Process and submit new business following the new business workflow.
- Submit Letters of Authority and gather necessary plan details for research.
- Meet and greet clients, handling incoming enquiries.
- Conduct portfolio rebalancing, buying, and selling.
- Accurately process client withdrawals and contributions.
- Prepare client packs for Annual Review meetings and complete post-meeting tasks.
- Write basic Suitability Reports.
- Conduct research for new business cases, focusing on fund and cost analysis.
The Pension Administrator role includes:
- Annual salary of 26,000 to 33,000, plus team bonus.
- 24 days holiday.

- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
