Role of Graduate Luxury Travel Consultant:
- Handling enquiries from clients and suppliers, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently
- Responding to customer enquiries directly and co-ordinating responses required from other team members.
- Managing group contracts, rooming lists and maintaining records
- Fulfilment of all tour documentation (pre and post travel)
- Undertake the responsibility of tour loading and inventory management
- Creating and editing reservation promotions and special offers
Skills required for the role:
- Recent Travel & Tourism related degree
- A genuine passion for the travel sector and desire to build a career within the sector
- Excellent communicator via phone, e-mail and face to face
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Flexible team player
- Good Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Outlook skills
