Role of Luxury Travel Operations Consultant:
- Handling post-sale booking arrangements
- Supporting the sales team
- Liaising with travel trade partners
- Dealing with a wide range of enquiries, providing travel solutions
- Emails and web chat communication
- Making recommendations using personal travel knowledge
- Working with tailor-made itineraries, ensuring all aspects are correct
Skills required for the role:
- Previous experience in a similar support/operations role within the travel sector
- Good working knowledge of tailor-made packages
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working within the high-end luxury market - beneficial
