Here at Altrincham Autotecnic, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team. We are a German Car Independent Specialist, Family-owned working with:

BMW MINI AUDI VW SKODA SEAT CUPRA MERCEDES BENZ

Salary;

Highly Competitive basic salary £35,000 £40,000 per year (Depending on previous experience)

Shift;

Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30 5:30pm
CLOSED: Saturday & Sunday

Your Responsibilities

To carry out diagnostic, repair & service work efficiently and competently, to complete repair orders to high standards, including service check sheets, diagnostic reports when required from Manufacturers Diagnostic & OEM Autologic diagnostic equipment.

What we're looking for

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Technical knowledge and passion for the German car products and technology.
Highly skilled at fault diagnosis.
Deliver first time fix to meeting customer satisfaction.
Ability to work autonomously.
Ability to work within given timescales and complete a wide range of tasks.
Highly motivated, team player that offers help and support to other, attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and develop personal knowledge and keep up to date with complex/ technical/product information, in order to improve profitability.
An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service.
An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality.
Ability to deal with customers when necessary.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Thorough knowledge of computer applications and diagnosis equipment.
