We have an excellent role for someone who wishes to be a PLANT OPERATOR for a global market leader!

If you have warehouse, logistics experience then this is an entry level role into your NEW CAREER!!

Working with a wide range of water treatment equipment you will work alongside an experienced team to support your career growth in a technical area, may be a supervisory role or even in to a managerial position.  The Company is committed into developing you and enhancing your current skills with new abilities to support your water treatment career.

This role will depend a lot on your attitude and want to progress yourself within an industry that is not widely discussed!

What will you be doing?

  • You will assist with the quality control of various water treatment equipment ensuring they are all performing correctly
  • Maintaining and improving equipment turnaround time to ensure reworks are processed efficiently
  • Follow the documentation process precisely, completing production and quality control records daily, and carrying out all related computer tasks.
  • Mentor and train other operators on equipment and procedures
  • Perform all tasks safely, adhering to site rules and health and safety regulations.
  • You will get to be involved in so much more if you show your keenness and desire to learn. 

What you need to be the successful candidate:

  • A proactive attitude
  • Enjoys learning
  • Enjoys physical work as well as using your brain!
  • Ideally a fork lift or C+E articulated truck licence to help shunt vehicles and move equipment around
  • Understanding of First Aid would also be highly valued but not essential
  • A proactive attitude is essential, and we particularly encourage applicants who either hold or are willing to obtain counterbalance forklift or C+E articulated truck licenses. A qualification in First Aid is also highly valued.
  • Perform all tasks safely, adhering to site rules and health and safety regulations.
