Senior Civil Pipeline Engineer required for a contract role based in Peterborough, PE2
  • 30 per hour PAYE

About the role
  • Working on transformational pipeline engineering projects for critical water transmission infrastructure
  • Managing a team, undertaking technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
  • Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
  • Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
The right candidate
  • Comfortable with UK and international travel when required
  • Chartered Civil Engineer with + 2yrs relevant work experience
  • Experience in pipeline design delivery, including engagement of multidisciplinary design resources.
  • Proficiency in designing within appropriate digital analysis packages, following local and national guidance. eg HADES, Inforworks, EPANET.
  • Sound knowledge of hydraulics, pipe restraint and jointing, pipeline materials, bedding and UTX.
