Our client is looking for a Sales co-ordinator to join the company on a temp to perm basis.

The main aspect of the job is to follow up on any potential client enquiries and passing the leads onto the sales team.

Other key points of the role will include taking inbound sales calls and emails, managing and developing broker/agent relations, CRM administration and reporting.

  • Answer calls and identify if the Company has an offering to suit the enquirer.
  • Assist and guide enquirers using knowledge of units, sites and services.
  • Ensure Company standards are followed to maintain a high level of service.
  • Filter and process, accurately and efficiently, all enquiries (inbound calls, emails, website, live chat) and update the CRM system.
  • Convert enquiries to tours by liaising with appropriate Field Manager or agent.
  • Consistently follow-up leads to maximise all opportunities.
  • Develop a strong rapport with Field Managers, brokers and agents.
  • Help the team meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Ensure weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual Sales reports are prepared accurately and within the imposed deadlines.

The role is initially temporary with the prospect of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

It is based in the office Monday to Friday within the hours of 9am to 5pm with some flexibility and the potential to finish early on Fridays.
