Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensuring top-notch performance of water treatment equipment and keeping everything on point.
• Improving turnaround times for equipment, keeping things running efficiently.
• Nailing the documentation process—daily quality control, production records, and computer tasks.
• Mentoring other operators, ensuring safety and procedures are followed.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations while staying ahead of the curve with innovative solutions.

What You Need to Shine in This Role:

• A proactive, can-do attitude (we’re looking for people who love learning!).
• A mix of brains and brawn—you enjoy physical work but also love solving problems.
• A fork lift or C+E truck license is a huge bonus (or be willing to get one!).
• First Aid knowledge is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
