Application Support Engineer // Amersham - 30-35K
My client, a clinical database provider, are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their highly skilled and passionate team. You will be working on resolving challenging problems and solving real-world issues.
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be supporting customers over the phone with possible issues and working with clients to ensure successful implementation of the provided software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers via phone call
- Dealing with and responding to incoming tickets
- Troubleshooting and either resolving or escalating issues
- Managing the installation and customisation of applications for new clients
- Provide training regarding the implemented software when necessary
Skills Required:
- Microsoft SQL
- Windows OS
- Databases

- Remote Access Tools
- Jira Ticketing System
A valid UK driving licence is required for this position.
