A leading Manufacturing organization is recruiting for a highly organized and detailed-oriented Administrator to join the team.

The role will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, supporting sales administration, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

This is a Full Time Office based role and requires someone with strong computer literacy skills and technical knowledge.

Training will be provided on the in-house computer system.

ROLE:

  • Managing customer enquires and orders via phone and email.
  • Process sales and purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices and liaising with the finance team as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in alladministrative functions.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up to date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in an office administration role.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Tech savvy.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Permanent Full Time.

Parking available.

21 days annual leave+ public holidays.

37.50 hours per week - Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm).
