They're seeking a talented Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join their team, offering a hybrid work arrangement with the option to work remotely or collaborate from a well-established estate agency in the Amersham area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with pre-qualified clients to understand their financial needs and property goals.
- Research and recommend the most suitable mortgage products from a whole-of-market perspective.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate successful mortgage completions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Broker with a successful track record.
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and a strong understanding of mortgage products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own diary.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
