This well established client of ours have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join their dispute resolution team. This opportunity would suit a candidate who has worked within a customer focused team, handling complaints through to resolution, as well as some leadership experience. This opportunity is a hybrid based opportunity, however the successful candidate will need to be within a commutable area of Amersham, as they will be expected to be in the office at least 2 days a week. Salary - £30,000-35,000 depending on experienceSome of the duties will include:
- Manage and allocate cases, ensuring that complaints are processed within 30 working days
- Gather supporting documentation to investigate complaints, trace case progress through the database
- Analysing evidence provided by all parties and drafting clear explanations for the decision reached
- Identify instances of non-compliance and take appropriate action
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of complaints and relevant documentation in the database
- Supervise the team in absence of the Service Manager
- Providing guidance and opinions on complex cases and queries within the team
- Build and present PowerPoint presentations summarising case outcomes, service performance and trends
- Interpret data and statistics to provide insights and recommendations
- Respond to queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
The suitable candidate:
- Previous experience within a busy customer service complaints handling environment
- Previous experience of working with PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise a heavy workload
- Great team player
- Positive with a proactive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
