Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading organisation based within the Amersham area. This well established client of ours have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join their dispute resolution team. This opportunity would suit a candidate who has worked within a customer focused team, handling complaints through to resolution, as well as some leadership experience. This opportunity is a hybrid based opportunity, however the successful candidate will need to be within a commutable area of Amersham, as they will be expected to be in the office at least 2 days a week. Salary - £30,000-35,000 depending on experienceSome of the duties will include:

  • Manage and allocate cases, ensuring that complaints are processed within 30 working days
  • Gather supporting documentation to investigate complaints, trace case progress through the database
  • Analysing evidence provided by all parties and drafting clear explanations for the decision reached
  • Identify instances of non-compliance and take appropriate action
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of complaints and relevant documentation in the database
  • Supervise the team in absence of the Service Manager
  • Providing guidance and opinions on complex cases and queries within the team
  • Build and present PowerPoint presentations summarising case outcomes, service performance and trends
  • Interpret data and statistics to provide insights and recommendations
  • Respond to queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions

The suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience within a busy customer service complaints handling environment
  • Previous experience of working with PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise a heavy workload
  • Great team player
  • Positive with a proactive attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
