We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Coleshill office. As our Solicitor, you will support the Senior Solicitor with provision of property legal services to the Midland and North Divisions. Those legal services extend to the acquisition of land, the sale of land parcels to third party developers, Registered Providers and private rental entities and the sale of build complete dwellings to end users.

Working closely with the regions within the North Midlands, Yorkshire Division and the South Midlands and North Division the role includes engaging with both the internal legal team, Vistry’s panel of external legal advisors and reporting to management on pertinent matters.
