Working for a friendly, dynamic business based out of Buckinghamshire, you will bethe escalation point for the service desk team for all technical issues, whilst working at customer sites to build, design, implement, and maintain IT Infrastructure.
The ideal candidate for this role will have thorough experience working on IT Infrastructureprojects as well as providing IT support, and be confident providing highly personable assistance to a range of clients.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years IT Support experience
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Servers, Exchange, Remote Desktop, andMicrosoft 365
- Hands on experiencewith VMWare and/or Hyper-V
- Understanding of Networking Principles
- Microsoft Qualificationswould be desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
