The RoleAs a Family Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements. The firm is looking for a solicitor who is passionate about delivering exceptional client care and keen to take on additional responsibility as they grow within the team. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced and well-regarded lawyers who will support your development and offer mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of private family law matters.
- Providing tailored advice to clients on divorce, financial disputes, child arrangements, and other family law issues.
- Assisting senior lawyers on complex cases and gaining hands-on experience with high-quality work.
- Working collaboratively within a close-knit team, contributing to the continued success of the firm.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate
- A qualified Family Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE.
- Strong knowledge of private family law, with experience handling a range of cases.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and provide clear, concise advice.
