We're seeking a dynamic Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team at Coleshill and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional quality in a fast-paced, evolving industry. Your RoleYou will lead quality management for external suppliers, ensuring top-notch product quality and resolving non-conformances. You will also play a vital role in launching new products, fostering supplier relationships, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing supplier process qualification and reviewing PPAP files for new product launches.
  • Managing non-conformities, cost recovery, and supplier compliance using SAP QM and other tools.
  • Conducting supplier audits, driving requalification processes, and supporting improvement initiatives.
  • Monitoring supplier performance through KPIs and implementing preventive actions to enhance quality.
  • Managing the incoming inspection team, ensuring training and smooth operations.

Your Profile

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing and supplier relationship management.
  • Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP processes, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving techniques.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
