Your RoleYou will lead quality management for external suppliers, ensuring top-notch product quality and resolving non-conformances. You will also play a vital role in launching new products, fostering supplier relationships, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing supplier process qualification and reviewing PPAP files for new product launches.
- Managing non-conformities, cost recovery, and supplier compliance using SAP QM and other tools.
- Conducting supplier audits, driving requalification processes, and supporting improvement initiatives.
- Monitoring supplier performance through KPIs and implementing preventive actions to enhance quality.
- Managing the incoming inspection team, ensuring training and smooth operations.
Your Profile
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing and supplier relationship management.
- Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP processes, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving techniques.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
