Residential Property Paralegal

Reed Legal are recruiting for a paralegal role within our clint's expanding Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a law degree or significant experience in a residential property setting. Their team is recognised for delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers to high-net-worth portfolio clients.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist fee earners with various tasks to ensure smooth operation of legal processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, third parties, and colleagues via email, in person, and over the phone.
  • Use a case management system to support the onboarding team and maintain client records.
  • Compile written communications and draft necessary documentation as required.
  • Support the Completions Manager with post-completion tasks and handle client ledgers in accordance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Law degree or significant experience in a residential property environment.
  • Excellent IT and data inputting skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to assist multiple fee earners.
  • Experience in client communication and document handling.
  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering and client due diligence procedures is preferable.
  • Numerical confidence and familiarity with Solicitors Accounts Rules and client ledgers.
