- Demonstrate experience coordinating high risk trades trades such as steel fixers welders and ground workers
- Manage and coordinate trades resolving issues through agreement
- Have a robust approach to health and safety, demonstrating experience managing plant and equipment and working at height
- Carry out site inductions
- Hold Daily Coordination Meetings
- Read, evaluate and Review RAMS
- Complete daily diaries and site management paperwork including PUWER
- Be able to clearly and confidently communicate in person and on the phone
- Be IT literate, emails and Dropbox
