Early Years Nursery Practitioner /Nursery assistant and Senior practitioner / Senior room leader/Floor Manager.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic staff at our fabulous, outstanding rated children's day nursery and preschool.

Hours:

Ideally working 4 or 5 days per week, working between 7.30 and 6pm, but we can be flexible and discuss hours between these times.

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a real passion for developing young minds, who as well as bringing their own experiences to the Nursery, are eager to develop their knowledge base with continued learning.

We have 2 BRAND NEW roles and are currently looking for a full-time Senior Room/Floor Manager, you must hold a L3 or higher in childcare, and one Full or part time Nursery assistant/practitioner. L2/L3 or higher qualified.

Duties include;

  • Assisting the Room Leader and Nursery Management in providing day to day high quality childcare.

  • Provide a positive learning environment that offers choice, experiences, independence and meets all the children needs.

  • Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning.

  • Ensuring a safe, secure, and caring environment for the well-being of the children.

The ideal candidate will.

  • Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.

  • Have a good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stages (EYFS)

  • Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.

  • Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in childcare - highly desirable but not essential, we can also accommodate unqualified staff with a passion for childcare and training can be provided. You MUST have experience working with children ideally early years (0-5) and a real passion to train and develop a career in childcare.

  • Be able to work well in a team.
