PART TIME HOURS - Monday - Friday 10.00am - 2.00pm This is a unique opportunity to join the team during a time of significant growth.  The diverse administrative role on offer will be based at our Hams Hall site and will require the individual(s) to be flexible in all aspects of on-site administration.Key responsibilities will include:·        The correct receipting of all inbound loads·        Process all orders for picking and dispatch in a priority sequence·        Process and monitor internal stock movements·        Co-ordinate order bookings with customers and transport companies·        Maintain controls for returned and damaged stock·        Perform daily system hygiene checks·        Order picking and checking·        Manage SalesForce customer query system·        Expedite unresolved matters within a sensible time frame·        Conduct Perpetual Inventory and reconcile any resulting stock discrepancies·        Manage ‘non RF system’ stocks, controlled via Excel spreadsheet·        Effective communication of issues with both internal departments and external customers·        The ability to prioritise work duties within a busy environmentThe key requirements of this role include:
  • Preferred experience of SAP LES systems
