Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a fantastic organisation based within the Amersham area. My client have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team. This position would suit someone who has strong administration experience, as well as a high level of attention to detail. This position with be working on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days from home. Salary - £28,000 - £30,000Some of the duties will include:

  • Providing a high level of administrative support to the compliance team
  • Managing audit inspections schedule for new and existing members, ensuring timely distribution of reports
  • Monitor and document post-audit actions, recognising trends for process improvement
  • Liaise with audit suppliers through email, phone and meetings
  • Monitor and respond to emails in the compliance inbox
  • Handling the day to day admin functions of the team
  • Prepare committee reports, highlights key trends, risk and recommending actions
  • Assist with legal research and create guidance papers for review by the Legal Director

The suitable candidate:

  • Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills on all levels
  • Previous experience within compliance
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Great team player with the ability to work independently
  • Must be able to commute to Amersham
