Valuer

We are currently working with an Estate Agency based in Amersham who are looking for an experienced Valuer to join their team. They pride themselves on providing a consistent personalised level of exceptional service to their clients, with a 'think outside the box' culture, ensuring their clients feel at ease knowing their property is in the right hands.The team have extensive local knowledge with over 100 years of selling and letting experience in the area, who use the best modern marketing practices to ensure that properties have maximum exposure to as many sellers and renters as possible, providing a tailored marketing plan for each client.The successful candidate must have previous experience in valuing properties with a strong conversion rate, and local knowledge preferable. You must have excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail, and experience with property photography/videography would be a bonus. You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car. Salary package and benefits of this Valuer role include:

• Basic £25,000 - £35,000 DOE
• OTE £45,000 - £55,000
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm with every 4th Saturday

Main responsibilities for this role of Valuer include:

• Valuing and listing clients properties
• Preparing photographs, videography and sales information
• Dealing with queries over the phone, face to face and via e-mail
• Providing feedback to clients
• Working to tight deadlines
• Providing advice and expert knowledge
• Building relationships with sellers and buyers

Essential skills for this Valuer role include:

• Previous experience valuing properties with a strong conversion rate
• The ability to maintain strong working relationships
• Confident and enjoy dealing with and meeting new people
• High level of accuracy
• Ability to organise your workload and meet multiple deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A motivated team member with the ability to use your own initiative
• Hold a full UK driving licence with the use of own vehicle
