About the opportunity:

We are seeking an individual to assist the senior surveyor / commercial manager in:

  • Site appraisal / land valuation
  • Prepare tender packs for subcontract & materials
  • Preparation of site budgets including take offs
  • Subcontract & materials quotes comparison
  • Issue of subcontract & materials orders
  • Issue of variation orders for subcontract, materials & plant
  • Payments & final accounts
  • Collation of subcontractor health & safety information
  • General administration / filing

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to 30k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.

About the requirements:

  • Degree preferred
  • Performed a similar role within the construction industry
  • Administration experience
  • A keen interest in construction
  • Be able to travel to Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire
