Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide tailored support to students, including one-on-one or small group interventions.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to develop effective teaching strategies.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
- Hold a relevant teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience working in a secondary school setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
