An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join a dedicated team providing care to young adults. This part-time role offers excellent benefits and salary range of £14 - £15 per hour for 20 hours.

As a Support Worker, you will support young adults by assisting with their daily activities, promoting positive relationships, and ensuring their well-being. They are looking for 2 Support Workers

You will be responsibilities for:

  • Assist with daily care tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and supporting personal care.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with young adults, always ensuring dignity and respect.
  • Monitor and record physical, emotional, and behavioural needs, reviewing changes and providing updates.
  • Participate in recreational events, both within the home and in the wider community.
  • Contribute actively to team development and maintain accurate records.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Care Support Worker, Care Assistant, Care Worker, Support Worker or in a similar role.
  • Passion for care and a desire to contribute to the development of others.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Right to work in the UK.
