The Role:

As SENCO, you will:

  • Lead and manage SEND provision across the school, ensuring all pupils receive the support they need
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to create and implement effective SEND strategies
  • Oversee Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and ensure appropriate interventions are in place
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on inclusive teaching strategies
  • Be a champion for inclusion, ensuring that every child can access an excellent education
