We are delighted to be working with a well-respected and reputable public sector organisation who are looking to recruit a Temporary Executive Assistant to join them on a temporary basis for 3- -6 months.
As Executive Assistant, you will be working a 37.5 hour week, over Monday to Friday within a hybrid working setting of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Multiple diary managements
. Organising travel arrangements and accommodations
. Organising meetings, minute taking
. Providing personal assistance and general administrative duties
