Customer Account Manager - Health & Safety Services - Home Based - £30,000 plus commission £40k year 1 ote
Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Customer Account Manager for a market leading business that provides vital information to organisations in relation to Health & Safety information that companies need on a ad hoc basis.
You will look after customers' needs with regards to training, legal register support, user functionality and resolving any issues.
This role is an Account Manager position where you will need to be someone who enjoys enjoying with clients on a regular basis as you will be undertaking up to 8 training sessions per week with clients and giving them help and advice where necessary. You will deal with existing clients making sure they are happy whilst trying to identify new businesses who may benefit from such a vast library of information.
The role is home based so training sessions and communication with clients will be Teams led and comes with an attractive salary of £30,000 with a year 1 OTE of £40,000.
