- Managing the full asset lifecycle, from procurement and refurbishment to deployment and reconciliation
- Keeping real-time inventory and asset tracking accurate using Dynamics365 and Salesforce
- Reducing the volume of assets awaiting repair and ensuring stock availability remains high
- Preparing weekly capitalisation reports and monthly analysis of asset usage and financial impact
- Liaising with stakeholders across finance, procurement, logistics, commercial and supply chain
- Analysing refurbishment trends and supporting strategic stock decisions
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Inventory Accountant / Finance Operations Accountant / Financial Asset Manager / Finance Manager
- To be organised and analytical with a natural curiosity for how things work
- Confidence working across teams
- Experience in budget management
- Comfortable navigating systems like Dynamics365 and Salesforce
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
