The Role:
As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our client achieve their strategic goals. You’ll be responsible for delivering key financial insights, ensuring budgets and forecasts are effectively managed, and providing the data needed to inform high-impact business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and analysing detailed financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Conducting variance analysis to identify areas of opportunity and risk.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies.
- Overseeing budget preparation, cost management, and financial planning processes.
- Supporting decision-making through in-depth analysis of trends, risks, and KPIs.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience: Strong background in management accounting, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills and a high level of financial acumen.
- Personal Attributes: Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
