Sonic Summary

The engineering client is seeking a stores administrator / junior buyer to assist with purchasing, stock management, and goods handling duties.
Key responsibilities include purchasing materials, stock management via an MRP system, kitting/picking, and managing goods in/out.
Candidates should have previous administrative or purchasing experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
The position offers a salary ranging from £12.82 to £13.60 per hour, depending on experience, with a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week or a minimum of 28 hours for part-time candidates.
This role is a 6-month contract that has the potential to lead to a permanent position.

Our engineering client is looking for a stores administrator / Junior buyerto assist with a range of purchasing, stock management and goods in / goods out duties.

The main duties will include:
Purchasing materials
Stock management (via MRP System)
Kitting / picking
Goods in / Goods out

The suitable candidate will have previous admin or purchasing experience, ideally within a manufacturing / engineering environment.

Hours:
37.5hours per week (M- F, days)
Our client is also open to to the idea of a part time candidate, hours to be agreed, minimum of 28 per week.

Salary:
12.82p/h - 13.60p/h (Depending on experience)

This is a 6 month + contract that may well lead to a permanent position
