Personnel Selection are pleased to be working alongside this thriving business, based in Andover, who are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join them on a full time and permanent basis. 

This role will be office based and the hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch. They offer 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, a pension, free on-site parking and have a great company culture. 

We are looking for a tenacious, highly organised and service-focused administrator, with excellent knowledge of MS Office and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. 

This role will involve the following:

  • Planning, monitoring and scheduling projects 
  • Utilising company systems and procedures to effectively manage customer needs and requirements
  • Liaising with internal and external colleagues to ensure swift delivery of scheduled plans
  • Complex multi-diary management
  • Compliance related administration 
  • Managing customer call flow effectively 
  • Reporting 

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role/s previously, but the main focus is in finding an individual who takes pride in their work, enjoys seeing a task through to completion and is exceptionally well organised, and can therefore manage multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously.
